Account Information

Learn how to view and update your personal account information, profile settings, and notification preferences in Digit Tally.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Click Profile Menu (top right corner)
  2. Select Account Information
  3. Account settings page opens

Personal Details

Updating Profile

  1. Click Edit Profile
  2. Modify fields as needed
  3. Click Save Changes
  4. Confirmation message appears

Profile Picture

Uploading Photo:

  1. Click profile picture or Upload Photo
  2. Select image file (JPG, PNG)
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Save

Requirements:

  • Max size: 2MB
  • Formats: JPG, PNG
  • Recommended: Square (500x500px)

Email Preferences

Changing Email Address

  1. Click Change Email
  2. Enter new email address
  3. Verify current password
  4. Verification email sent to new address
  5. Click verification link
  6. Email updated

Session Management

Active Sessions

View devices/browsers where you're logged in:

  • Device type and browser
  • Location (city/country)
  • IP address
  • Last active time

Managing Sessions:

  • Sign Out Specific Device - Ends that session
  • Sign Out All Other Devices - Keeps only current session
  • View Session History - Past logins

Login History

View your login activity:

  • Date and time
  • Location
  • Device/browser
  • Success/failed attempts

Security Review:

  • Check for unfamiliar logins
  • Verify locations are correct
  • Monitor failed attempts

Account Deletion

Request Account Deletion

Before Deleting:

  • Export all data
  • Download invoices and reports
  • Inform team members
  • Cancel any subscriptions

Deletion Process:

  1. Scroll to Danger Zone
  2. Click Request Account Deletion
  3. Enter password
  4. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  5. Receive confirmation email
  6. Account deleted after 30-day grace period
Permanent Action

Account deletion is permanent after 30 days. All data will be lost. Contact support within 30 days to cancel deletion request.
