Digit Tally consists of 5 specialized applications, each designed for specific business functions. This guide will help you navigate between them.

The 5 Apps

After logging in at https://app.digit-tally.io, you'll see the main dashboard with cards for each app:

App	URL	Purpose
Sales	https://sales.digit-tally.io	Create invoices, generate receipts, manage credit notes and customers
Suppliers	https://suppliers.digit-tally.io	Manage purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and returns
Accounting	https://accounting.digit-tally.io	View financial reports, manage journals, and handle taxes
Payslip	https://payslip.digit-tally.io	Generate employee payslips

How to Navigate Between Apps

From the Dashboard

1. Log in to https://app.digit-tally.io
2. You'll see workspace cards for each app
3. Click on any card to open that app

Direct URLs

You can bookmark or directly navigate to each app:

Returning to Dashboard

• Each app has a "home" or "dashboard" icon
• Or navigate directly to https://app.digit-tally.io

Sales App

Main menu items:

1. Dashboard - Overview and statistics
2. Documents - Invoices, receipts, credit notes
3. Customers - Customer management
4. Drafts - Saved drafts

Suppliers App

Main menu items:

1. Overview - Dashboard
2. New Purchase Order - Create orders
3. New Purchase Receipt - Record deliveries
4. New Purchase Invoice - Record bills
5. New Purchase Return - Return items
6. Drafts - Saved drafts

Accounting App

Main menu items:

1. Dashboard - Overview
2. Transactions - View transactions
3. Journals - Manage journal entries
4. Reports - Financial reports
5. Asset Register - Fixed assets
6. Drafts - Saved drafts

Payslip App

Main menu items:

1. Dashboard - Overview
2. Generate Payslip - Create payslips

Settings Access

Settings are accessible from any app:

1. Click on your profile icon (top right)
2. Select Settings from the dropdown
3. Access all settings pages

Quick Access

Bookmark the apps you use most frequently for faster access.

Stay Logged In

Your login session persists across all apps - no need to log in separately for each one.
